When you come up with the greatest idea for a blog EVER, you’ve just got to share it around everywhere, right? Blogs are an incredibly simple yet effective tool for advertising your brand. Whatever you’re selling whether it be a service or a product, blogs are a surefire way to use SEO to get more eyes on your website.
Step 1 Set yourself up with a fantastic blog. Draw your readers in with well placed SEO, A hook line that makes them keep reading and a call to action which brings in the dollars.Blogs don’t need to be niche to your specialty areas, get creative and have a bit of fun making things relevant to you!
Step 2 Your blog is live on the interwebs and you’ve got more selling to do. This is where things get interesting. Write an EDM! (That’s an acronym for Electronic Direct Mail Marketing not not club music, just sayin’) EDMs based off your blog is a business owners 101 genius move. Not only have you got SEO coming from your blog, you’ve now captivated even more of your audience by waving hello from their inbox!
Step 3 Get social! Your blog is now being used in any number of ways via social media. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest; the world is your oyster when it comes to free advertising in the online world. Use your blog topic to create captivating and relevant content and don’t forget to let people know about the blog itself!
